Reading this in 2026, first 32 pages basically state how cyber attacks are the new “nukes”, cyber warfare is what nations are preparing for. Although cyber warfare is effective way to attack a nation, it does give some more questioning, look at Iran in 2026. America and Israel both targeting Iran nuclear facility a decade ago and now they’re trying to attack it with missiles.
