I feel like I have to justify myself on why I said that I am bored...
The books is really well-paced but I don't think I am in a fantasy era... Previously I was reading cowboy romances and thrillers 👀 sometimes I feel like fantasies take a bit more of me even tho I love the genre!
This book is really well written so far... So that boredom of mine is because of me - when I saw the blurb I loved it

So, I am almost halfway through the book but I have some things to say: the book is interesting, the characters are likeable (I really like Corvus and even tho I like Vespera, I am kinda of bummed I don't like her even more - it could change throughout the rest of the book!); I am really enjoying the plot so far and the world building is easy to get however I am bored...it is a ME PROBLEM and not a book problem

So:
- I hate her brother
- I love her grandfather
- This will be interesting 😏👀
