I genuinely don’t understand how this book isn’t talked about more in the pitch-dark romance space. Maybe I’ve just somehow missed all the recommendations, the writing is ridiculously intelligent. The psychological depth, the tension, the way the story slowly gets under your skin—I’m hooked.
