The author keeps mentioning human touch human touch while not talking about the cost when we lose the human touch. The jobs and emotional toll of being un or underemployed. Yes I know this book is about her wonderful and messy AI year but I feel like we’re losing so much about the costs and seriously questioning AI’s cost benefit analysis
