The whole ditching-your-friends-and-not-speaking-to-them-for-weeks-because-you're-filled-with-anxiety-and-uncertainty-and-self-hatred is such an overlooked symptom of anxiety and depression. Sucks when friends think you're just ignoring them for the hell of it when in reality, sometimes you just /cannot get yourself to socialize/. I like that the author showed that side of things
