Big time jump where the author tells you what happened. Unfortunately (and once again in this book), the off page things he's summarizing is exponentially more interesting than the book itself.

Disappointing start to this one. A lot of the author telling you these really huge things happened before (with not many details), while giving you nothing interesting in the present storyline.
