novella 1 - the assassin and the pirate lord
very fun to read! sooo much foreshadowing if i read this chronologically (before the other two books) which is also fun

novella 3 - the assassin and the desert
i’m gobsmacked. this was my most anticipated one after all the allusions to the red desert bootcamp and this was so unexpectedly sick. i am obsessed. although celaena was esp vain and arrogant and self-obsessed in this one (more than usual!) and that got a bit annoying. still think it’s a fun personality quirk tho!
