the anthology was actually really good, it tells stories from elsewhere in the world like, some astronauts who were on the space station when the plague hit, people who heard the call from flagg and abagail and never made it to either boulder or vegas, what it was like surviving tripps in india, that kind of stuff. it was hit and miss like most anthologies but i liked it (but the stand is far from my fave king book to begin with so YMMV!)

Are there specific stories you’d recommend if I’m picking and choosing?
Also I’m currently inclined to agree w you that im not feeling the level of admiration for the stand that a lot of king fans have
