So there's Asher by Carina Cole (not really second chance but they to learn to love each other again after the fmc's amnesia), Repeat by Kylie Scott has the amnesia trope and a second chance plot , Lost in me by Lexi Ryan (haven't read yet but besides the amnesia there's also a love triangle of sorts and it's a series but it seems pretty interesting), and I've heard about Help me remember by Corinne Michaels (amnesia+brother's best friend).
