ok.. it wasn’t quite what i was expecting. i was hoping for more of an introduction and summary of the Upanishads but this feels more like self help with a little bit of Upanishadic philosophy mixed in.

that said its really nice and clear and there are still quite a few chapters ahead so maybe it will get more into the Upanishads later. i don’t think it will though. and of course that part was my own expectation
