This book is very full of itself. It conflates selfishness with destiny, and every desire of the heart with a calling from our creator.

The idea that we are all here for a reason is one I deeply believe to be true, but the rest was nonsense. Pursuing our “destiny” through following our hearts and looking for omens is no way to live. People can do horrible things in the name of fulfilling their personal destiny.
