So far I have read The Trial in its entirety. The Trial feels like such a clever commentary on the impossible nature of the law, almost a caricature for how it feels to be put against the law as someone who does understand its intricacies and formalities. The Trial takes this idea to the extreme; nobody truly knows what is going on despite their best efforts to convince our character Josef.K otherwise.
