This book is so good.

"I HOPE YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE I WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER".

That is the most hilarious text you could ever receive from an ex.

I also HATE it when people say "wouldn't you rather have loved and lost than never have experienced love at all?"

I would rather be alone forever than experience the pain and grief of losing someone. It's just not worth it. Not a single happy memory compensates for the amount of pain you feel afterwards. Mind you, I've never lost anyone important in my life yet, but I imagine it must be horrible.

"Perhaps that’s one of the great joys of being young: that everyone you’ve ever loved is still alive".

One of the reasons why being alive is so horrible to me is that everything ends: the people you know and love die and then you die as well. What even is the point of anything? Your only reward for getting through life in this horrible world is dying. That is just awful. I constantly wish I had never been born.
