The girl Sammy is shot, it was depressing reading that, Jim and Norman escape in a skiff and jump into a boat where they meet Brock the coal shoveler who spends his whole life in the boiler room

It was sad to read the despicable act by Henderson the sawmill owner of lashing the slaves and especially young girls. These righteous christians want to joke about our caste systems.

Jim gets caught performing as a black impersonating a white impersonating a black!. Runs away with Norman

Jim gets stolen by Duke and King and the farmer (Wiley) takes ownership of him since Duke whipped his other slave Easter. Wiley then sells Jim to the Virginia Minstrels for 200$

On trying to find a shortest path to the river to escape "A distance you know is shorter den one you don't"

The escape from the big tent with the lies that Duke and King told was hilarious

Pg 79 James informs Huck once he buys his Wife and Kid they will not belong to him, but they will not belong to anyone.

Pg 91 Young George tells James to tell his story with his ears. "Tell the story with your ears - Listen"
