This book makes me feel uncomfortable because I’m reminded of my own anxious attachment when I was in a situationship

Oh my word I hate Chuck so much. In fact, I might hate this book. I feel that Chuck is seeing Joey to feel better about himself. The way he knocks her in a non obvious condescending manner really makes my blood boil.

Oh my word I hate Chuck. I hate the “I won’t message her yet” stance. I feel myself getting frustrated because I know what it’s like to wait for someone’s text.

I fear I will DNF this book but for now I’ll keep trying. I hate how much the characters say “like”. It’s in every sentence of speech
