His message is about how the people have elected terrible people for office and how there doing there job but we might have to lay them off. He says that he'll give the people 2 years to change. The detective lashes out and goes on a vacation.

There are detectives called "The Nose". There are slowly figuring out V's backstory and why he's killing all of these people and blowing up all of these things. V kills the pastor and a doctor that both worked in the concentration camp. Evey helps him kill the pastor.

The 2 main characters are V and Evey. Evey is the girl V rescued in the beginning of the book. We find out that V was put into a concentration camp. We find out he was tested on and tortured by many people. He kills one of them named Mr. Protherero

So far i've read about London in 1977, it is a very strict town and laws are very weird compared to the real world. There is a prostitute that tries to sleep with a cop and almost gets killed. A person in a mask saves her. This person is a vigilante and commits crimes. The police are searching for the lady and the vigilante.
