Scariest thing so far is the ancient gas boiler and spiders in the bathtub. The Musketeer ghost would bother me less than the other two issues.

I like a good Georgie accent, but I can't stand reading it. Just tell me this person's from Newcastle, and use "I", and I'll (Aah'll) mentally fill in the vowel sound, hinny.

I could write a book about ancient gas boilers and spiders in the bath. XD I'd much rather have ghosts.

The ghosts in this one MIGHT HAVE BEEN really interesting - but there wasn't enough of them! Monks singing and leading people to discoveries about the property. And a few other random ghostly scenes, one involving an original cavalier sniper being shot. Meh.
Spiders in the tub are scarier than ghosts irl, imho! :O Urghh!

This book gave the appearance of being very cool but it bogged down almost immediately.
