Natalia Martinez’s Reviews > Night Flyer: Harriet Tubman and the Faith Dreams of a Free People > Status Update

Feels like reading an essay where half the sources were pulled outta thin air. We’ll see, but for a book claiming to show us the “real Tubman,” there’s a lot of he said, she said. Maybe the author is breaking her character down to build her up accurately, but half way through the book it feels like I still don’t know the real story.
