I think my definition of dark romance is very different from this. This is just two very fucked up guys being horrible people to each other and obviously not knowing the meaning of consent. You wanna do a dark romance, you go unhinged and show us ridiculously unhinged characters. To have a "normal" story with MCs who are just horrible people in a world that feels far too real to suspend reality for is just plain bad.
