Boy do things get really out of hand 120 pages in. A real brain tickler. By the end of this I hope this book induces disassociation like the effect the lights in a school gym at 830 pm during practice in middle school did for me.
It’s both scary and not scary at all and I’ve yet to feel deeply unsettled but this story is definitely scratching an itch. VERY interested in seeing where things go.

Seems to me like [----] have some pretty naughty tricks up their sleeves just waiting to be used for the right time. Excited for the payoff that has been building up and have no idea idea what is coming next.
Can't say that I am experiencing the existential dread that was promised though.
