At this point I am just reading (or rathier skimming as best as I can) for the completionist in me. This needed better editing, too much explaining is going on and then Fumiko has turned into a loathable character throughout the series. So nosy and disrespectful.

Have these books always been so much telling and explainy? I feel there's no room for thought as everything is spelled out in the most boring way ever. I am contemplating giving up on the series as every book seems less engaging.
