This book is genuinely insightful, though I’m skeptical of some stories. I’ve been meditating via Sam Harris + Waking Up (huge fan), so I get how deep practice might yield quasi-supernatural abilities or deeper world-connection - still seems a stretch. Love the book’s focus on Christ as spiritual mentor
