What a strange juxtaposition of “I don’t know how humans work, but I want to have sexy times with him” this book is.
Add to that, when they’re not “romancing,” they’re investigating a human trafficking ring and murdering the bad guys!
So many layers, but they’re gossamer thin and very flimsy.
Yet I can’t stop reading this! 😵🤣
