Nevermind, I was right. She's just the neighbour and they live in the scary house next door.

So they stopped by the prettiest house and I guess they are living there? There seems to be a nice old woman as well. I feel like Mr Poe will just randomly say "Oh that's not your house" and then point to a looming scary mansion just beside it.

I love how Sunny is just crawling around biting Edgar and Albert's shoes so they remember her even though they seem to hate them.
