I bought this cookbook for my dads birthday coming up and he LOVES condiments. my mom is constantly annoyed with how our entire fridge is full of condiments and you can’t open the door without one falling out at you lol so she won’t be too happy with my gift this year. but I looked at a few of the first pages and knew I needed to read it before his birthday bc why am I learning so much from a condiments book??
