I've reread the first several books a couple of times but it's been several years since I last picked up any book in the series. How do you pick your book of the month?

We usually do a group poll and vote on it.. Sometimes for the summer months, we'll vote on a trilogy, series, or genre to read at leisure, since it's summer time.. Outside of that though, I typically just read what I'm in the mood for.. I'm a Mood Reader so it really just depends for me.. I do get in trouble though if I'm reading Jessa Kane, Lizzy Bequin, or a new sci-fi or mystery author that I stumble upon.. Cause I'll usually end up reading at least 8 or 9 different books back to back by these authors, before I can move on to something else entirely.
I'm a mood reader also, and for me it means I'll be reading 5-6 different books at the same time, and then I might still pick and finish something else entirely before going back to the books I've marked here as "currently reading". This tempest in my mind...
