What kind of writing is this? It isn’t purple prose, it’s more like the author put a handful of descriptive words in a blender, then dumped them on the page. It seems very strange, with descriptions that don’t speak to anything.
I’m sorry, because I think maybe there is a great story here, but I just can’t read this.
