I’m starting Chapter 14 and honestly I find this book devastating… It’s relentless, brutal and deeply disturbing.
What fascinates me is the strength of the writing…. Kosinski tells these horrific events with such emotional detachment… no attempt to soften anything, explain it, or tell you how you’re supposed to feel….
