Is it destined for the “did not finish” shelf?

Maybe or I'll just start reading it even faster. People rave about this book. There's even a tag on the library book that classifies it, "In Demand". It's not that well written. The story drags. The characters aren't interesting nor believable. It's supposed to be a feel good read. To me, it's like a bad Hallmark movie, but with undertones of a Christian message. Other than all of that, it's a good book.... I guess!

Touche! Maybe I'm just different because I didn't like James or The Heaven and Earth Grocery Store either and they sure were hot sellers.
