I was not a huge fan… it was sexist in a way and very dismissive of women’s feelings.. basically we are told to shove our feelings down to please our husband. Don’t get me wrong, there were good points… I definitely need to do more self care, be more positive at times, express my desires, etc. but I would not recommend it. I honestly couldn’t wait for the book to be done 😅
