This is a good book so far. At this point, I have theories. I’m thinking: was the mother the character in the prologue getting chased? We just leaned she was found in a creek, so was it the mom? And she would not have died from her dementia but in fact was murdered? If so, by who? Amy? Raine herself? Maria even? And I don’t have a clue of who tried to kill Maria yet. Her husband seems to obvious.
