Just finished track 40. Starting to get the picture now. I’m curious what she would’ve said to her mother had she said something in the meadow. I wonder if she realizes her mother likes her since she didn’t let her eat the mushroom after incorrectly identifying.

Starting track 18 on Spotify. ~8.5 hrs left in book. I fear I’m not quite seeing the point yet. The cousin just mentioned “the little people in the cupboard”, so that is promising(?)
