I wish that I didn’t have the opinion the fawning response/behaviour isn’t the same as complex ptsd bcs from what I have read of the authors admission of her step dads conduct with her yes that was on all accounts wrong and abusive and same with her mothers neglect BUT I still struggle having an opinion that it’s full blown thoroughly unequivocally cptsd. I’m not proud I have this opinion but I do.
