So far it’s pulling me in. I want to know who Everlea is on the run for. I want to know if the monster shows up. It’s a slow burn so far, but the chemistry between her and Jack is crackling from my kindle. I’m a dark romance girl, but I’m loving this book so far.

I loved the first book. Jack and Evvie are amazing together and when the monster came I was scared for her. Very well written, great story. Now I’m going for Dean’s story.
