Im confused because the book is acting like the Bone Criers are people we should be rooting for. They're doing terrible, awful things, and yet Im supposed to worry about their fates? The FMC has yet to redeem herself, so how am I supposed to root for her or become invested in this forced love pact between the FMC and MMC? What the hell is the endgame in this? I was so invested in the bone magic in the beginning...
