I will say this new problem in auenland is actually quite interesting.
The only thing is I don’t feel like it fits in this book at all.
Like this book was all dark and was all about Mordor and the dark Lord and it feels kind of out of place to have this new situation at the end.
As much as I find this interesting I think there should be a different ending. This would have been good as a novella.

I love that Lutz is back.
His relationship with Sam is adorable

We are nearing the ending and a good thing that I can say is: the shirt seen with Bilbo was quite sweet.
The way he’s an old hobbit and just wants to be In his room and talk to the other hobbit is very endearing.
Anyway it was very short so…

I’m actually really disappointed. I really enjoyed Frodo and Sam’s journey in the second book.
I don’t know what happened but all of that is gone. Everything is just so slow paced and genuinely feels like their walking in circles which they actually might be!

It might bee due to the fact that we’re switching characters a lot. And also a lot of characters that I don’t find interesting.

And WHEN there is something intriguing the characters are switch!

More than a hundred pages in and I genuinely feel like nothing has happened yet.
Like there has been talks of battles but it’s basically just: “we’re riding into battle!” — “We’ve succeeded!”

Also I lwky don’t like Gandalf like people are glazing the hell out of him. Like genuinely it’s never described what he does In battle but he is sooo mighty and wise…
I’m tired of hearing it.
