This book is already a slog and I don’t know why because it’s genuinely well-written and looks so good. I just need to get to the Count of Monte Cristo ish storylines to be hooked I guess 😆

Give it some time. Personally I enjoyed it all the way through... but its good enough it needs more of a chance at it.
