I have no actual idea over how easy it is to get contraceptives in London since I'm brazilian but I IMAGINE that if she could get pills, she probably could also get an injectable birth control. no need to hide it at all and she would only have to manage to get out of the house once a month, maybe less if she got one that was longer or if she could stock with the little allowance she had
