This was written by a man and it shows. Most of the book is talking about Victoria’s contemporaries, this should be a way to put her life and actions into the context of the time. But it’s just never about her. I thought I would learn about her life, what is was like to be a queen, her decisions and impacts but she’s not properly discussed here. Really disappointed so far
