The book is three parts - part 1 - I see you, I read through quickly without much insights. It was ok but forgettable. Part 2 - I see you in your struggles has been a bit more engaging. The chapter on Hard conversations good - enter their frame, be curious, hills look much higher than they are when you are unfit - ordered the 'Crucial Conversations' book that he references. I want to be better at hard conversations.
