Notes:
(1) This had a lot of potential to be a sort of Jack the Ripper whodunit, but ended up pretty wishy-washy.
- It just lacks resoluteness.
(2) I counted and, interestingly, there's only one period punctuation in the whole book—on the very last page!
- For whatever reason, everything else ends in exclamation marks, question marks, double hyphens (em dashes) or ellipses!
