Yeah, it's way better when I can just sit down and listen with no interruptions. I read some very negative reviews and as always they've drawn attention to any flaws in the writing, but I don't think it's nearly as bad as they said. Maybe because I'm new to the genre.

I'm having trouble listening for a long time in one stretch, which is what usually keeps me interested in a book. I'm 6:20 hours into the book, out of 14:35. The narration has made it difficult to listen to on 3x speed, so I've been shifting between 2x and 3x. It's an interesting world for me since this is the first paranormal book I've read. I'm not disappointed, but and I want to finish the book, but I'm slow.
