The title of this volume promises a lot... and I guess this is a good start for that. I'm going to wait until someone I actually care about dies, though.

I would agree with the author about the heavy-handedness of that scene and how it really doesn't fit with the tone of the rest of the comic... except for the fact that it happened to some side-characters that I never cared all that much about to begin with. That rather dulls the edge.
