@Misty I’m so damn tired of always having to wonder if the books we‘re reading were written by a human so I’m elated that the author put this disclaimer up front! I don’t need to wonder and can just fall into the story and how fucked is it that that’s not the norm?! 😩
I wish there was something in place where the authors had to state somewhere whether ai was involved.

totally agree with you both!! and it's so disheartening to see real, authentic authors being discouraged by all the AI slop that's flooding the bookish world🥺 i'm so ready for AI to disappear or at least be regulated..😩
I couldn’t agree more! I’d at least like it if authors had to make it really clear if and where exactly they used AI so we can make an informed decision. We need regulation please 😭
