I enjoyed the story especially the details around building the village and community that was taking shape
I loved that it was a full circle moment at the end - it was satisfying to reread the introduction and understand where she was coming from
But I don’t like that we didn’t get to discover what happened, in the end the narrator and the author kept their secrets from the women and from us

Hm, I’m treading this cautiously
One would think in a world where there is no interaction with men, one wouldn’t even bother to think about them, much less lust over them
So far, I think I’ll be disappointed and have this theory proven wrong
Where is this compulsive heterosexuality coming from? The books she was mentioning? Which is another thing to unpack
But let’s see
