I’ve just listened to the chapter about sex, and it’s made me really sad. There’s a lot of negative language around being a “loser” for not having sex until the age of 21, and being deeply embarrassed around that, and for being such a “late bloomer”. I get it, but the way it’s written is a reflection of her environment, and I worry for people reading this who have their insecurity confirmed.
