it based in a world in japan where people are born with super powers. there are villains and heros. there is a school were deku goes to start a his hero training by all might who gave him his powers. also he was born with no powers he gain them from all might who gave him a piece of his hair to eat. then in the exam to get in he saved a persons life and was able to get in.
