We meet main characters Liz and Wes, and their friends Michael and Joss. Liz has had a crush on Michael since they were little and when he moved away she was heartbroken. Now that he's back, she starts scheming with Wes so she can try and get her and Michael together in time for prom.

Wes and Liz are starting to become friends and have more chemistry each page. "and I felt... off-kilter. I wasn't sure if it was in response to his touch or his cavemannish protectiveness." I love seeing their cute moments and it's so fun to read and imagine. I predict that Wes and Liz are getting closer to realizing that they like eachother.
