I’m not entirely qualified (barely qualified at all) but i’ve taken a few clinical psych classes and I want to be a mental health professional so if you want to you can talk to me? I know it’s not the same and I’m through a screen, but I’ve been in therapy a lot and I’ve been in a lot of situations where people need that “therapist friend” so if you need to we can have actual professional (ish) conversations <3. just lmk

SAME but my parents dont “believe” in therapy or mental health issues
my mom said it's for "psychopaths." her mentality pisses me off so bad. smh
