SETTING: The setting of my book is in the current day in Texas. It's in the current day because they have advanced animal exhibits. I know that Panda-monium takes place in Texas. It's also in a zoo, FunJungle. On page 19, "Li Ping was being shipped to FunJungle from the San Diego Zoo... truck." So, the book takes place in FunJungle and is in Texas. In conclusion, this book is in Texas and in the current day.

GENRE: The genre of my book is fiction and middle grade. I know that it's fiction because it's a made-up story. The events in the book didn't actually happen. This book is also middle grade. It's middle grade because it is meant for 8-12 year old people. I also know that it's middle grade because the book is about characters who are in middle school and use words that aren't too difficult.

Panda-monium is about Teddy Fitzroy, who has to solve a mystery about a missing panda named Li Ping. Li Ping was coming from San Diego to FunJungle, a zoo in Texas, but went missing on the way there. The FBI was going to solve the crime, but Teddy was going to solve the crime before they did. He and his friend, Summer, worked together to find out who stole the panda.
